Non-Refundable Deposit

All payment plan options are subject to a $500 non-refundable deposit. 

Traveler's Insurance & tips

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travelers insurance for this trip

  • Be sure to read the policies carefully to ensure that you purchase the correct plan for your country of departure and travel dates
  • Try downloading the Hopper app to find the best time to buy your ticket to Costa Rica to save
  • Remember your passport must be valid for 6 months after your departure date in order to travel
  • Stay tuned for COVID related travel policies and requirements. You may be required to be tested in order to travel.

Reservations Policy

Final balance is due one month prior to the retreat, unless you are on the payment plan option. 

Refund Policy

No refunds are available after December 15, 2021. Initial payment of $500 is a non-refundable deposit.
